I ordered a 4 watch winder and 6 watch storage case. Unfortunately the watch winder I received was a 2 watch winder. No problem. Lee responded immediately and a replacement dispatched (once I returned free of charge) the wrong item. Absolutely brilliant service and the products are outstanding.
