Returns - Your Rights and Our Requirements when you buy from us
Please DO NOT Return any items between 15th May and the 29th May
Our Return and Dispatch Centre will be closed between these Dates.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for online purchases and phone orders, consumers have a right to cancel orders within 30 days, beginning the day after the goods are received (Except for custom built items like Safes and personalised items, these cannot be cancelled after the order is placed and cannot be returned).This covers even changing your mind but you must return the goods at your own cost, Unused and 100% complete including the packaging and undamaged gift boxes etc as received. We do not refund upgraded shipping fees. Please Do Not return items to us outside this period as you will not be refunded.
To return an item to us within 30 Days please send an Return Request by email to info@aevitas-uk.co.uk , be sure to include your Order Number and Name. The refund will be made after inspection and within 7 days of the item arriving back at our premises.
Within this initial period, (30 days) there are implied terms in our agreement that the goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the intended purpose and as described. (Any quality issues, faults or Damage must be notified within 48 hours of Delivery by email) Should this not be the case, we will be responsible return costs of the goods, contact us for instructions, under no circumstance do we refund your postage costs if you return the item to us yourself.
