TPD (Turns Per Day) varies by brand and movement. As a general guide: Rolex requires around 650–800 TPD, Omega 650–800 TPD, TAG Heuer 650–900 TPD, and Breitling 650–950 TPD. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. How many watch winders do I need? One winder per automatic watch you don't wear daily. If you have a growing collection, a multi-watch winder is a more elegant and practical solution. We offer single winders, 2-watch winders, and multi-watch winders for larger collections.

Returns - Your Rights and Our Requirements when you buy from us

1. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are in addition to, and not affected by, any other rights we offer.

2. Change of Mind Returns (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. We extend this to 30 days as a goodwill gesture.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In their original, undamaged packaging and gift box
Complete with all accessories, documentation, and components

The following are excluded from change of mind returns:

Custom-built items (including safes built to order)
Personalised items — these cannot be cancelled once the order is placed
Upgraded shipping fees, which are non-refundable

Return postage costs: For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Described Goods

Warranty

Our Produsct are covered by warranty as standard. Purchases made before 18th September 2026 this was 2 Years. Purchases after this date our standard warranty was extended to 3 years. This is a Return to Base Warranty. This means you are responsible to return the item to us should it need repairing, we are responsible to return it to you.

Many of our more Premium Products now carry a 5 Year Warranty, these details are stated in the Products Description.

Return Packaging & Postage — General

The following conditions apply to all returns, regardless of timeframe:

Packaging: Customers are responsible for ensuring items are adequately packaged for return transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any damage caused by inadequate packaging from any refund due.
Self-arranged returns: Where we have provided a prepaid return label or arranged collection, we will not reimburse any alternative postage costs incurred if you choose to return the item by your own means. For change of mind returns, return postage is always at your own cost and is non-refundable.

4. Reporting Faults or Damage

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Early notification helps us resolve issues quickly, but please note that your statutory rights apply for the full period set out in Section 3 above regardless of when the fault is reported.

5. How to Request a Return

Wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted
For faulty goods, we will provide a prepaid label or arrange collection
For change of mind returns, package the item securely and send to the address in Section 2

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

Refunds are processed within 7 days of the item arriving at our premises
Refunds are made to your original payment method
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the quickest method is to return your original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
