Quick Replacement
The wood finish watch box had a scratch on it, but customer service was quick to replace it, and was flexible to send me a different box upon my request.

Product is very nice, but Brexit damages whole expierience
The title says it all. The product is a good value for money, but customs procedures is terrible. Therefore I stopped buying products from the US years ago, I do not want to buy anything else from the UK. Maybe you should consider dustribution center in EU,.

Nice box, but wood isn’t exactly as looks in picture!
Fast service, box is nice. Can tel is good quality, however wood is more of a veneer rather than actual hardwood. Expected slightly higher quality for price!
