Terms & Conditions when you buy from Aevitas
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for online purchases and phone orders, consumers have a right to cancel orders within 14 days (although we allow 30 days), beginning the day after the goods are received. This covers even changing your mind but you must return the goods at your own cost, Unused and 100% complete including the packaging and undamaged gift boxes etc as received.
Within this initial period, there are implied terms in our agreement that the goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the intended purpose and as described. Any damage or faults should be notified to us by email within 48 hours of delivery. In the unlikely event there is a quality issue this must also be notified within 48 hours of delivery and we will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, which means we will provide a return label or collect the item from you as we see fit, we do not refund postage if you choose to return it yourself. Orders shipped outside UK if returned Postage costs will not be refunded if returned.
Outside of this initial period should you need warranty or service work you will need to return the product to us at your own expense (Unless otherwise agreed) in a safe responsible manor, we will not be responsible for any damage caused during return postage and would strongly recommend excessive packaging and insurance just in case there is loss or damage. If you retain all the original packaging we can arrange collection from you in some cases (this maybe chargeable). This is standard procedure throughout our industry and know as a Return to Base warranty. The item will be repaired and returned to you at our expense promptly.

We have been in business for many years and understand that sometimes things can go wrong. In the first instance please send an email and we will act accordingly.
If in the event you feel that talking to us is not working and your problem or complaint remains unresolved, we would respectfully request that you place your complaint in writing and email us at: sales@aevitas-uk.co.uk (subject heading: 'Complaints Manager').
We aim to resolve any problems or complaints in the fairest possible manner.

Delivery To Countries Outside the UK
Orders Shipped Outside the UK our VAT has been Deducted from the prices. Local Import Charges May Apply Please Check as we are not responsible for any customs or import charges. Orders shipped outside UK if returned Postage costs will not be refunded if returned. If you order an item and then refuse to pay your countries Import Charges the it will be returned to us and return costs will be incurred, these will be deducted from your refund as well as the original postage costs.
